         Affidamento di lavori, beni e del servizio di prestazione energetica (Energy Performance Contract – EPC), mediante un Partenariato Pubblico-Privato (Art. 180 comma 1 D.Lgs 50/2016), per la riqualificazione e gestione energetica di 20 edifici di proprietà dei Comuni di Borgofranco, Bra, Chieri, Nichelino, Piossasco e Venaria Reale, compresa la manutenzione ordinaria, la manutenzione straordinaria degli interventi di riqualificazione energetica e la conduzione degli impianti di riscaldamento, condizionamento estivo, con o senza acqua calda sanitaria e di produzione di energia elettrica da FER per garantire gli standard di comfort prescritti nella normativa vigente anche in tema di risparmio, di contenimento e di ottimizzazione energetica, in un unico lotto, da realizzarsi con Finanziamento Tramite Terzi (FTT) ai sensi dell’art. 2, comma 1, lett. m) e art. 15 del D.
