   1. Conditions for participation:
      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
         List and brief description of conditions:

         a) essere iscritti alla sez. Ordinaria nel Registro delle Imprese della C.C.I.A.A. (o nel “Registro professionale e commerciale” o nel “Consiglio nazionale degli ordini professionali” di cui all’allegato XVI del D.Lgs. 50/2016) per attività analoghe al servizio in oggetto ovvero analogo registro dello stato di residenza oppure (in quanto cooperativa o consorzio di cooperative) iscrizione nello schedario generale della cooperazione presso il Ministero del Lavoro e all’albo regionale delle cooperative sociali da cui risulti l’esercizio di attività analoghe al servizio oggetto di affidamento;

         b) in caso di Enti del Terzo Settore: iscrizione al Registro Unico Nazionale del Terzo Settore (RUNTS) oppure ad analogo Albo e Registro Regionale ai sensi dell’art. 101, comma 3, del d.lgs. n. 117/2017 e ss.mm.ii, con indicazione del numero, della data e della sezione di iscrizione nonché della categoria di appartenenza, da cui risulti l’esercizio di attività analoghe al servizio oggetto di affidamento;

         c) possesso dell’attestato di idoneità professionale per dirigere l’attività di trasporto di persone su strada, previsto dall’art. 7 del D.Lgs. n. 395/2000 e s.m.i. e dal D.M. 161/2005 o di equivalente titolo comunitario conforme al Regolamento (CE) n. 1071/2009 e successive circolari applicative. Le imprese di trasporto con sede nel territorio della Regione Emilia Romagna devono essere in possesso dell’autorizzazione prevista dall’art. 26 bis della L. Regione Emilia Romagna 02/10/1998 n. 30 rilasciata in data anteriore alla data di scadenza di presentazione delle offerte ed essere iscritti al registro delle imprese previsto dall’art. 26 ter della stessa L.R. Le imprese di trasporto con sede fuori dal territorio della Regione Emilia Romagna devono essere in possesso di analogo titolo autorizzativo rilasciato dall’Ente competente per legge e attestazione dello stesso ente di conferma della validità del titolo autorizzativo, rilasciato in data anteriore alla data di scadenza di presentazione delle offerte.

         d) iscrizione al Registro Elettronico nazionale (REN) che autorizza all’esercizio della professione di trasportatore su strada di persone ai sensi del Regolamento (CE) n. 1071/2009/CE e titolari di autorizzazione di noleggio con conducente ai sensi della L. 218/2003 e ss.mm.ii. e/o titolari di affidamento di servizi di trasporto pubblico su gomma
