         Welkom op het DAS voor de inhuur van arbeidskrachten OP voor Stichting De Haagse Scholen. Via dit DAS wordt op rechtmatige wijze onderwijzend personeel ingehuurd op detacheringsbasis uitgaande van een uurtarief, dat niet middels de reeds aanbestede raamovereenkomsten met uitzendbureaus (perceel 1) en detacheerders (perceel 2) kan worden gecontracteerd. Onder onderwijzend personeel wordt verstaan: docenten, instructeurs, trainers/begeleiders. De inzet van surveillanten is geen onderdeel van de scope van dit DAS.

         Opdrachtgever houdt zich het recht voor om een lopende uitvraag in dit DAS terug te trekken als deze middels een ander kanaal is ingevuld.

         Middels dit DAS wordt beoogd een diversiteit aan aanbieders aan te spreken en de vraag en aanbod op zo"n goed mogelijke wijze bij elkaar te brengen.

         Dit DAS wordt gepubliceerd op grond van de aanbestedingswet 2012, en valt hiermee onder de Europese richtlijn 2014/24/EU.
