  1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
    List and brief description of conditions:
    Abilitazione all’esercizio dell’attività professionale, inclusi i requisiti relativi all"iscrizione nell"albo professionale o nel registro commerciale. Elenco e breve descrizione delle condizioni: a) Insussistenza di tutti i motivi di esclusione di cui all’art. 80 D.Lgs. 50/2016 come richiamato dall’art. 133 co. 1 di detto decreto. b) Iscrizione C.C.I.A.A. o organismo equipollente in caso di Imprese appartenenti all’UE, da almeno 3 anni dalla data di pubblicazione del bando. c) requisito richiesto solo per le imprese con un numero di dipendenti superiore a 50: essere in regola con la redazione dell’ultimo rapporto sulla situazione del personale ai sensi dell’art. 46 del Decreto Legislativo 11 aprile 2006, n. 198 e produrne copia in sede di presentazione dell’offerta, pena esclusione; solo nel caso di operatori economici con 15 o più dipendenti e sino a 50: impegno a consegnare entro 6 mesi dall’avvio del contratto, la relazione di genere sulla situazione del personale maschile e femminile ai sensi dell’art. 47 co. 3 D.L. 77/2021.

In ragione della facoltà di partecipazione a più lotti con la possibilità di aggiudicarsene massimo 3, il concorrente dovrà possedere un fatturato complessivo riferito alla somma dei fatturati richiesti per i tre lotti di maggior importo tra quelli per i quali partecipa.
