      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:

         Tenderers must declare by way of eESPD that they satisfy the technical and professional requirement(s) set out below in respect of each Lot tendered for and that they are able, upon request and without delay, to provide the supporting documentation specified below to the Contracting Authority in each case.. (i) Suitability to Pursue Professional Activity (All Lots) . Minimum Requirement Qualifying Threshold. Conduct: Tenderers must declare by way of eESPD that none of the Legal Practitioners who will provide or who may be proposed to provide the Services have been found guilty of misconduct pursuant to the Solicitors Act 1954 -2015 and the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015 as amended, or in the case of Legal Practitioners from outside the Republic of Ireland, the equivalent legislation, rules or regulations, in the last five (5) years. Pass/Fail. Practising Certificate:  Tenderers must declare by way of eESPD  that all of the Legal Practitioners  who will provide or who may be proposed to provide the services will hold current valid practising certificates to act as a Solicitor in Ireland issued by the Law Society of Ireland in accordance with the Solicitors Act 1954-2015, (as amended), or have their name entered onto the Roll of Practicing Barristers  as required under section 134 (1) of the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015.
