• The PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Geothermal Energy Upstream Development Program (GEUDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments of procurement under the GEUDP project. PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) has entered into a subsidiary agreement with PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero), who will act as an Implementing Party for the procurement activities of this project.
• The PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero), now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Rig Bundling Services for Jailolo
• Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” Sixth Edition, Effective March 1, 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
• Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 80 %. This should comply with the mandatory requirements for Rated Criteria in the Procurement Regulations and for Bid cost: 20 %.
• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from PT. Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) to procurement@geodipa.co.id cc procurement.emu@geodipa.co.id and inspect the Bidding document during office hours 09.00 to 17.00 at the address given below
• The Bidding document in english may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of IDR 3.000.000, - (Three Million Rupiah) The method of payment will be inform via email after registration. The document will be sent by email.
• Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before March 12, 2026 at 10.00 WIB. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked “ORIGINAL BID”, and the inner envelopes marked “TECHNICAL PART” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on March 12, 2026 at 10.15 WIB.. All envelopes marked “FINANCIAL PART” shall remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Employer until the second public Bid opening.
• All Bids must be accompanied by a: (i) Bid Security of USD 150.000, - (one hundred fifty dollars); and (ii) Local Labour Method Statement.
• Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
• All Bids must be accompanied by a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration.
