TITLE: CONSULTANCY SERVICE TO CARRY OUT THE ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL COMPLIANCE AUDIT IN THE END-TERM OF PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

CLIENT: MINISTRY OF INFRASTRUCTURE (MININFRA)

The Ministry of Infrastructure (MININFRA) would like to hire a “CONSULTANCY SERVICE TO CARRY OUT THE ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL COMPLIANCE AUDIT IN THE END-TERM OF PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION.” as it well details in the terms of reference.

Ministry of Infrastructure (MININFRA) invites proposals from eligible and qualified firms in the above consultancy services.

Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding and Participation is open on equal conditions to all firms as defined in the Terms of Reference.

Interested firms must provide all information related to their experience and qualifications which will be verified based on national procedures governing the public procurement.

The bids shall be accompanied by the bid security of 1,000,000 FRW;

The Request for proposal may be obtained from the e-procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw). All bids will be submitted online using the e-procurement system as mentioned above before (See on eProcurement). Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the e-procurement system on the same day at (See on eProcurement).

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.

Bidding will be conducted as specified in the Law N0 031/2022 of 21/11/2022 governing public procurement
