Während der Abnahmeprüfung wurden von dem Prüfer Auflagen aufgestellt, die im Zuge der Baumaßnahme getätigt werden müssen. Der AN hat gemäß Ausschreibungsunterlagen gehandelt. Hierbei handelt es sich um zusätzliche Auflagen des Abnahmeprüfers. Während der EP als auch der AP hätte keiner mit den zusätzlichen Auflagen rechnen können.
