         Angaben, dass das Unternehmen sich nach Maßgabe des Arbeitnehmer-Entsendegesetzes (AEntG) vom 20.04.2009 (BGBl. I S. 799) tariftreu verhält bzw. seinen Beschäftigten den in Rheinland-Pfalz nach dem Landestariftreuegesetz vorgeschriebenen Mindestlohn zahlt.
