Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Im Vertrag ist die Entsorgung von Bodenmaterial und Bauschutt, wie auch deren Beprobung enthalten. Im Zuge der Bauausführung wurden Haufwerke vorgefunden, die nicht ohne Beprobung entsorgt werden können. Da es sich hier nicht um Haufwerke handelt, die durch die ARGE Strecke entnommen wurden, ist die Beprobung eine zusätzliche Leistung. Um die anfallenden Aushubmassen zu entsorgen und somit den ursprünglichen Vertrag zu erfüllen, ist die zusätzliche Leistung erforderlich.
