Art. 50 Abs. 4 der Richtlinie 2014/24/EU und § 39 Abs. 6 VgV nicht veröffentlicht, da er unter anderem den geschäftlichen Interessen des erfolgreichen Bieters schadet und den lauteren Wettbewerb beeinträchtigt. Der Dienstleistungsvertrag über Sicherheitsdienstleistungen wird um bis zu 50 % erweitert und die Laufzeit um 2 Monate verlängert.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Das Auftragsvolumen an Sicherheitsdienstleistungen für Flüchtlingsunterkünfte wurde nach bestem Wissen durch die Stadtverwaltung kalkuliert, konnte jedoch auf Grund des Krieges in der Ukraine so nicht vorhergesehen werden. Die Auswertung der Neuausschreibung verzögert sich.
