Die Ausschreibung umfasst alle notwendigen Arbeiten des Innenausbaus in Trockenbauart. Hierzu

gehören Metallständerwände, Vorsatzschalen und abgehängte Deckensysteme mit Beplankung und als

Platteneinlegesystem in unterschiedlichen Formaten und Materia-lien. Weiterhin sind Brandschutzbekleidung

von tragenden Stahlbauteilen sowie ein Abhangdeckensystem für die Vordächer der Gebäudezugänge im

Außenbereich vorgesehen.

Aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht ist ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers nicht zu vertreten, da der AN bereits an der Baustelle tätig ist und die nachträglichen Leistungen nur mit einer neuen Baustelleneinrichtung etc. umzusetzen wären.Auch aus technischer Sicht wäre es aus Gewährleistungsgründen nicht sinnvoll, einen anderen Auftragnehmer mit den Leistungen zu beauftragen.
