Leistungsumfang des AN

Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Gewerke der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung:

- KG 440 Starkstromanlagen

- KG 450 Schwachstromanlagen

Erforderliche Nebenleistungen wie sie u.a. in DIN 18299 in Pkt. 4 beschrieben werden oder in zugehörigen ATV und DIN Normen (siehe VOB/C) erfasst werden, sind nicht gesondert ausgeschrieben. Der Bieter hat entsprechende notwendige Leistungen, die er für seine Leistungen benötigt, eigenständig zu bewerten und in die Einheitspreise aller abgefragten Positionen mit einzukalkulieren. Dies betrifft u.a. die Baustelleneinrichtung und notwendige Arbeitsmaterialien, Schutzeinrichtungen wie Gerüste und Absturzsicherungen, Werkzeuge, Geräte und Maschinen des AN. Sofern einzelne spezielle Punkte aus Nebenleistungen separat als Position im Leistungsverzeichnis abgefragt werden, sind diese separat einzupreisen.

Aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht ist ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers nicht zu vertreten, da der AN bereits an der Baustelle tätig ist und die nachträglichen Leistungen nur mit einer neuen Baustelleneinrichtung etc. umzusetzen wären.Auch aus technischer Sicht wäre es aus Gewährleistungsgründen nicht sinnvoll, einen anderen Auftragnehmer mit den Leistungen zu beauftragen.
