Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Les prestations sont réparties en 2 lots. Chaque lot fera l"objet d"un accord-cadre. L"Accord-Cadre avec montant maximum, mono-attributaire, est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l"émission de bons de commande. Chaque accord-cadre sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique. Une visite sur site est obligatoire (voir conditions à l"article 5.2 du Rc). Le cas pratique, dont la réponse sera analysée dans le cadre du critère d"analyse des offres " Réponse à un cas pratique " des lots 1 et 2, sera transmis aux candidats au moment de la visite obligatoire
