Im Betriebsgebäude ist zur Steuerung/Regelung der Heizungs-, Klima- und Lüftungsanlagen ein 4-feldriger Schaltschrank geplant. In diesem werden ca. 50 Sensoren und 100 Aktoren aufgeschaltet. Die Steuerung/Reglung übernimmt eine Bacnet-fähige Automatisierungsstation. Es werden ca. 300 Datenpunkte verarbeitet. Daneben sind noch 67 Einzelraumregelungen vorgesehen. Die Kommunikation erfolgt über Bacnet und M-Bus.

Im Garagengebäude ist zur Steuerung/Regelung der Heizungs- und Lüftungsanlagen ein 3-feldriger Schaltschrank geplant. In diesem werden ca. 20 Sensoren und 12 Aktoren aufgeschaltet. Die Steuerung/Regelung übernimmt eine Bacnet-fähige Automatisierungsstation. Es werden ca. 180 Datenpunkte verarbeitet. In der Garage ist eine Gaswarnanlage zu installieren. Die Kommunikation erfolgt über Bacnet und M-Bus.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Bedingt durch die wesentliche Verlängerung der Bauphase über das ursprünglich geplante Bauende hinaus aufgrund von Verzögerungen Dritter sowie um den Baufortgang nicht weiter zu verzögern und somit Folgekosten durch Stillstand zu vermeiden, ist es aufgrund der derzeitigen Marktsituation erforderlich, eine Anpassung von Einzelpreisen vorzunehmen. Ausgleich des höheren wirtschaftlichen Risikos auf AN-Seite.
