Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Die Firma Elektro Maier GmbH ist für die Maßnahme Generalsanierung und Erweiterung Karolinengymnasium Rosenheim für die "Elektroarbeiten" beauftragt. Die Firma Elektro Maier hat das Nachtragsangebot 35 "Einsatz eines Hubsteigers für die Montage von Leuchten und Rauchmelder" eingereicht.

In der Pausenhalle BT-C müssen Leuchten sowie Rauchmelder installiert werden. Aufgrund der Deckenhöhe ist ein Hubsteiger, dessen Gewicht 5KN/m² nicht überschreitet, notwendig.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

In der Pausenhalle BT-C müssen Leuchten sowie Rauchmelder installiert werden. Aufgrund der Deckenhöhe ist ein Hubsteiger, dessen Gewicht 5KN/m² nicht überschreitet, notwendig. Bisher wurde von einer bauseits gestellten Hebebühne bzw. einem Podest ausgegangen, deshalb war die Hebebühne in der Ausschreibung nicht enthalten. Der Gesamtcharakter des Auftrags ändert sich daraus nicht.
