Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

MKA117 : Die Bahnsteiguhren waren zwischenzeitlich ausgefallen und mussten ausgekreuzt und beklebt werden. Nach Endmontage der Mutteruhr konnte das

Klebeband nicht mehr rückstandsfrei entfernt werden. Durch Einsatz von Lösungsmittel hatten sich Trübungen eingestellt. Die Gläser mussten ausgetauscht

werden.

Die Ausführung dieser zusätzlichen Leistung ist unstrittig und dem Grunde nach berechtigt.
