         The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to find an agency to provide development support to maintain the proper function of the website (https://eithealth.eu/) and to improve its performance, primarily through search engine optimisation (SEO) and user experience (UX) work.

         The nature of the services required, and their corresponding deliverables are outlined in the procurement documents.

         In connection with these website-related services, the service provider shall also provide strategic consulting services related to brand strategy and messaging.

         Given market analysis and internal analysis, the maximum net (VAT is not included) budgeted amount for the provision of the sum of all Specific Service Contracts (SSC) under the Framework Agreement is 6,000,000 EUR (net, excluding VAT) over the total contract period.

         The budget includes both fees and related expenses to be paid to the service provider for the full provision of the services. The above amounts are estimates only and there is no commitment as to the exact quantities of service types to be ordered. The actual amounts will depend on the quantities of service types (and SSCs) that EIT Health e.V. will order under the proposed framework agreement.
