      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Werktäglich ist der Empfang im Zeitraum montags bis freitags von 06:30 Uhr bis 17:00 Uhr durchgehend zu besetzen. Darüber hinaus können bis zu 20 Std./Jahr zusätzlich für Empfangsdienst, etwa bei Veranstaltungen, notwendig werden. Der Empfang befindet sich im Dienstgebäude Keplerstraße 18, 66117 Saarbrücken neben dem Haupteingang.

         1. Der Dienstbeginn und das Dienstende des vom Auftragnehmer (AN) eingesetzten Personals sind täglich zu dokumentieren (Anwesenheitsliste). Der AN ist verpflichtet, monatlich eine detaillierte Aufstellung über die geleisteten Stunden je Objekt zu erstellen und zusammen mit der Anwesenheitsliste auf Verlangen des Auftraggebers (AG) vorzulegen.

         2. Der AN hat durch organisatorische Maßnahmen sicherzustellen, dass Personalausfälle infolge Krankheit, Urlaub usw. unverzüglich durch gleichwertiges Personal kompensiert werden.

         3. Das Personal des AN hat sich vor dem Einsatz in den Gebäuden mit den Gegebenheiten vertraut zu machen. Eine Unterweisung durch den für das betreffende Objekt zuständigen Objektleiter hinsichtlich der vorhandenen Sicherheitseinrichtungen ist zwingend vorgeschrieben. Zusatzanweisungen der jeweiligen Sicherheitsbeauftragten des AG sind zu befolgen.

         4. Der AN hat eine objektbezogene Dienstanweisung für das Personal zu erstellen und dem AG vor Vertragsbeginn zur Genehmigung vorzulegen. Die das Personal betreffenden Regelungen des Vertrags (Verhaltensvorschriften) und der Leistungsbeschreibung sind zwingende Bestandteile der Dienstanweisung. Bei Verstößen oder Nichteinhaltung der Regelungen ist die Entfernung von der jeweiligen Einsatzstelle auch ohne vorherige Abmahnung möglich. Änderungen der objektbezogenen Dienstanweisung sind dem AG unverzüglich mitzuteilen.
