incremento ai sensi e per gli effetti del D.P.R. n. 207/2011 del R.D. 18 novembre 1923, n. 2440, dell’importo massimo del sesto e del settimo quinto.

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

l’attuale congiuntura dei mercati ha portato a rialzi anomali dei prezzi dei vettori energetici gas ed energia elettrica; per come sono costruite iniziative come quella in esame i fornitori sono tenuti a dichiarare il massimale residuo alle PA richiedenti e conseguentemente ad accettare solo richieste che rientrino in tale massimale; l’attuale aumento improvviso dei prezzi comporta un massimale residuo molto esiguo, impedendo al Fornitore di accettare le Richieste Preliminari di Fornitura ed effettuare le conseguenti procedure per l’accettazione dell’ordinativo; si rende quindi necessario estendere il massimale per dare modo al Fornitore di lavorare nelle more dei provvedimenti che sta valutando Consip, in accordo con le associazioni di categoria, per allineare i prezzi e le condizioni di fornitura al mercato attuale.
