Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Fur den Bereich der Gleise um die VIAS-Halle (ehem. Abellio-Halle) hat sich im Zuge der Planung herausgestellt, dass nurein veralteter planungsstand aus dem Jahre 2014 existiert. Die DB Netz Anlagen wurden durch Dritte umgebaut und Bestandspläne nicht an den Eigentümer übergeben. Fur diesen Bereich mus eine Bestandsaufnahme vor Ort gemacht werden bei der die gesamte Situation für die Planung und spätere Ausführung exakt darstellt.
