Der vorliegende Nachtrag umfasst das Verschließen des Grabens zwischen Fertigteilgarage und Hartplatz der Mädchenrealschule sowie die Herstellung eines Entwässerungssystems der Garage.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

In der ursprünglichen Planung war die Entwässerung der Fertigteilgarage über eine Mulde als Oberflächenversickerung geplant. Diese Leistung wurde jedoch nicht in diesem Gewerk ausgeschrieben, sondern war in der ersten Bauphase Teil der Freianlagen. Westlich der Fertigteilgarage wurde des Weiteren eine "alte" Drainageleitung des Nachbargrundstücks gefunden, welche bisher nicht bekannt war. Da diese erhalten werden musste, konnte die geplante Muldenrigole nicht umgesetzt werden und stattdessen eine Rohrrigole vorgesehen. Daraus resultiert die Erforderlichkeit und Unvorhersehbarkeit.
