Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht ist ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers nicht zu vertreten, da der AN bereits an der Baustelle tätig ist und die nachträglichen Leistungen nur mit einer neuen Baustelleneinrichtung etc. umzusetzen wären.Auch aus technischer Sicht wäre es aus Gewährleistungsgründen nicht sinnvoll, einen anderen Auftragnehmer mit den Leistungen zu beauftragen.
