         Der hier ausgeschriebene Rahmenvertrag umfasst die BIM Modellierungsarbeiten der Bestandsanlage der BGE Betriebsstelle Schachtanlage Asse II sowie die dazugehörigen Infrastrukturprojekte.

         Modellpflege: Einarbeiten von Laufenden Veränderungen an einzelnen Bauwerken der Anlage sowie am Gesamtmodell. Die Modelle wurden auf Grundlage von 2D Bestandsplänen sowie 3D Punktewollken erstellt. Auf der Anlage werden laufend umbaumaßnahmen durchgeführt. Diese Veränderungen sollen in die 3D Modelle eingearbeitet werden. Im Rahmen der Einarbeitung der Veränderungen an den 3D Modellen, werden parallel dazu auch die 2D Pläne sowie Listen innerhalb der Revit Datei gepflegt.

         Modellerweiterung: Es werden neue Bauwerke auf der Anlage Asse gebaut. Diese Objekte sollen in das Gesamtmodell der Anlage eingefügt werden. Dazu gehören, z.B.: Straßen, Gehwege, Gebäude, Industrieanlagen aus Stahlstreben, Schienen usw. ABGRENZUNG: Alle Neubauvorhaben auf der Anlage Asse II werden mit der BIM Methode geplant und gebaut. Hier ist nicht die Gesamtplanung einzelner Bauwerke gemeint, sondern nur deren Einarbeitung in das Gesamtmodell der Anlage.

         Erstellen und Anpassen von BIM Unterlagen: Die BGE besitzt Muster-AIA, Muster-BAP sowie BIM-Modellierungshandbuch. Abhängig vom Projekt muss die AIA sowie BAP an das Projekt angepasst werden. Im Weiteren werden weitere unterschiedliche BGE BIM Unterlagen durch den Auftragnehmer erstellt oder ergänzt.
