Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Zum einen fanden Massenmehrungen statt, die aufgrund der vorgefundenen Umbausituation im Bestand notwendig waren. Zudem waren Leistungsänderungen bzgl. erforderlich gewordener Verfugungsarbeiten an Sanitärobjekten sowie Größenänderungen bei elektrischen Fußbodenheizungen notwendig.

Zuvor fanden bereits Änderungen innerhalb der Bagatellgrenze gem. § 22 EU Abs. 3 VOB/A statt.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Bei den hier aufgeführten Leistungen, handelt es sich um zusätzliche Leistungen, die aufgrund der angetroffenen Umbausituation im Bestand vor Vergabe nicht erkennbar waren und um reine Massenmehrungen. Die Durchführung der zusätzlichen Arbeiten hängt sehr eng mit der Durchführung des Hauptauftrags zusammen, ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers wäre daher mit beträchtlichen Zusatzkosten verbunden. Die Nachträge waren vor Vergabe nicht erkennbar, da ein Umbau im Bestand immer mit Unwägbarkeiten verbunden ist. Die Nachträge fallen unter § 2 Abs. 3 und Abs. 5 VOB/B.
