         - iscrizione o domanda di iscrizione nell’elenco dei fornitori, prestatori di servizi ed esecutori di lavori non soggetti a tentativo di infiltrazione mafiosa (c.d. white list); - iscrizione nel Registro delle Imprese per le attività inerenti al servizio in questione, in conformità a quanto previsto dall’art. 100 co. 3 – D. Lgs. 36/2023; - disponibilità di un’idonea area dedicata, anche all’interno di un complesso logistico, per il servizio oggetto dell’Appalto ubicata entro un perimetro massimo di 20 km di distanza in linea d’aria dai confini del Comune di Milano. - non sussistenza dei motivi di esclusione di cui all’art. 94 – D. Lgs. 36/2023; - rispetto del contratto nazionale di lavoro ed eventuali integrativi territoriali e/o aziendali e delle norme sulla sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro, ai sensi del D.
