Die Maßnahme gliedert sich in folgende Teilmaßnahmen:

Gymnasium

— Begleitende Arbeiten Fassadensanierung,

— Brandschutzsanierung.

Realschule

— Begleitende Arbeiten Fassadensanierung,

— Brandschutzsanierung,

— Neuaufbau Löschwasserversorgungsanlage mittels

Nass- Trennstation

— Neuaufbau der Trinkwasserhauptverteilleitungen,

— Austausch aller Schmutz- und

Regenwasserfallleitungen

— Komplettsanierung der Fachräume,

— Neuaufbau des gesamten Wärmeverteilnetzes.

Es handelt sich um ein bestehendes Schulzentrum, das aus Realschule, Aula und Gymnasium besteht. Es

handelt sich um mehrgeschossige Bauten, die zur Schulnutzung verwendet werden. Der Bereich, der an die

Aula grenzt, ist um einen offenen Innenhof herum gruppiert. Für die heizungs-, sanitär- und lufttechnische

Versorgung des Gebäudes sind Technikräume vorhanden. Die bestehenden

Technikzentralen bleiben in Ihrem Standort und der Funktion erhalten. Lediglich in der Technikzentrale Lüftung

Realschule 1.OG wird sich durch den Rückbau des RLT-Gerätes im Zuge der Sanierung die Funktion ändern.

Aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht ist ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers nicht zu vertreten, da der AN bereits an der Baustelle tätig ist und die nachträglichen Leistungen nur mit einer neuen Baustelleneinrichtung etc. umzusetzen wären.Auch aus technischer Sicht wäre es aus Gewährleistungsgründen nicht sinnvoll, einen anderen Auftragnehmer mit den Leistungen zu beauftragen.
