Tiekėjas Pasiūlyme turi pateikti tik užpildytą EBVPD, o reikalaujamų dokumentų bus prašoma pateikti tik galimą laimėtoją.

Paslaugų teikėjas sąskaitas privalo teikti tik elektroniniu būdu. Elektroninės sąskaitos faktūros, atitinkančios Europos elektroninių sąskaitų faktūrų standartą, teikiamos Paslaugų teikėjo pasirinktomis priemonėmis. Europos elektroninių sąskaitų faktūrų standarto neatitinkančios elektroninės sąskaitos gali būti teikiamos tik naudojantis informacinės sistemos „E. sąskaita“ priemonėmis (svetainė pasiekiama adresu www.esaskaita.eu). Paslaugų gavėjas elektronines sąskaitas faktūras priima ir apdoroja naudodamasis informacinės sistemos „E. sąskaita“ priemonėmis.

      Kadangi pasiūlymai teikiami tik elektroninėmis priemonėmis, susipažinti su pasiūlymais Komisijos posėdyje (vokų atplėšimo procedūroje) tiekėjai nedalyvauja ir Perkančioji organizacija neteikia informacijos tiekėjams apie pasiūlymus pateikusius tiekėjus, kainas iki kol bus įvertinti pasiūlymai ir nustatyta pasiūlymų eilė.
