Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Der Vertrag über die Bewachungsleistungen beim Bundesverwaltungsamt (BVA) wurde am 28.07.2017 gezeichnet. Leistungsbeginn war der 01.09.2017 und die Laufzeit sollte am 31.08.2022, also nach 5 Jahren enden.

Der Vertrag wurde am 14.07.2022 und am 29.11.2022 um jeweils 3 Monate und am 15.02.2023 um 6 Monate

bis zum Ablauf des 31.08.2023 verlängert.

Zur Durchführung eines geordneten Vergabeverfahrens für den Folgevertrag ist eine weitere Verlängerung des

laufenden Vertrags um 8 Monate, mithin bis zum 30.04.2024 erforderlich geworden.

Die Bewachung zwischen dem Ende der Vertragslaufzeit sowie dem erfolgreichen Abschluss des Folgevertrags wäre nicht sichergestellt.Fehlende Zeit für die Amortisation von Einweisungskosten
