         De Aanbestedende dienst heeft met enige regelmaat de behoefte om personeel in te huren ten

         behoeve van het opvangen van personeelstekorten voor de technische functies van ‘beladers’ en

         ‘operators’. Een middel om dit te bereiken is het inhuren van uitzendkrachten. Het doel van de

         aanbesteding is dan ook het op een transparante wijze selecteren van één of twee kwalitatief goede

         organisatie(s) voor de levering van tijdelijk personeel voor de buitendienst op basis van uitzenden (t/m

         Het betreft de inhuur van technische functies. Bij deze functies is het van belang dat er snel geleverd kan

         worden en dat de opdrachtnemer goede maatregelen heeft genomen om vanuit een pool met

         medewerkers snelle inzet te kunnen garanderen. Het betreft de functies van:
