      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Der Fahrzeugeinsatz wird vorrangig die Bereitstellung von Löschwasser in schwer zugänglichen Gebieten (Waldgebiete, Wiesen- und Ackerflächen o.ä.) sein. Aus diesem Grund sollte ein bauarttechnisch größtmöglicher Löschwassertank vorgesehen werden. Zusätzlich ist eine Raum- und Gewichtsreserve von mind. 3% vorzusehen. Nähere Angaben sowie technische Anforderungen sind dem de-taillierten Leistungsverzeichnis zu entnehmen.

         Eine Unterbringung der feuerwehrtechnischen Ausrüstung gemäß Beladeliste ist fachgerecht entsprechend DIN EN 1846-2 sowie DIN 14530-18 sowie den einschlägigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften der DGUV/FUK vorzunehmen.

         Die Konzeption des Fahrer- und Mannschaftsraumes, der Einstiegsverhältnisse sowie der Lagerung und Entnahmemöglichkeiten der Beladung sind anhand der technischen Vorgaben einzurichten und sind mit dem Auftraggeber abzustimmen. Die tragenden Bauteile des Innenausbaus sind aus metallischen Werkstoffen herzustellen, die mit einem grauen oder silberfarbenen Anstrich versehen sein müssen. Der Anstrich kann entfallen, wenn ein dauerhafter Korrosionsschutz vorhanden ist (z.B. bei Verzinkung oder bei der Verwendung von Aluminium-Legierungen). Zahlungs-, Liefer- und Garantiebedingungen gemäß anliegenden Vorgaben.

         Die Vorschriften der Straßenverkehrszulassungsordnung StVZO, der Fahrzeugzulassungsverordnung FZV sowie der UVV Fahrzeuge sind zu beachten. Darüber hinaus sind die folgenden Normvorschriften samt den darin verbundenen Normen in der jeweils gültigen Fassung zu beachten:

         Der Fahrzeugpreis ist als Grundpreis anzugeben. Alternative Positionen sind als Zusatzoption gekennzeichnet und preislich gesondert aufzuführen. Detaillierte Angaben zu den aufgeführten Positionen sind im anliegenden Preis- und Datenblatt zu machen. Im Zuge der Fahrzeugabholung ist der Ortswehr (ca. 5 Teilnehmer) eine Einweisung in das Fahrzeug zu erteilen. Im Vorfeld sind eine Fahrzeugabnahme durch eine amtlich anerkannte Kfz- sowie feuerwehrtechnische-Abnahmestelle zu erfolgen. Während der Bauphase wird sich das jederzeitige Recht vorbehalten, Qualitätskontrollen beim Aufbau-Hersteller durchzuführen.

         Das Fahrzeug ist vollgetankt samt 2 Warndreiecke an die Ortswehr zu Übergeben. Darüber hinaus sind folgende Unterlagen/Dokumente auszuhändigen: Allgemeine Betriebserlaubnis, Bedienungsanleitungen für Fahrgestell und Aufbau, Durchführung der Abliefer-Inspektion, Wiegekarte des Gesamtfahrzeuges und Leistungsdiagramm der Pumpe FPN.
