         Der Bieter muss nach § 3 Energiewirtschaftsgesetz (EnWG) als Elektrizitätsversorgungsunternehmen zugelassen sein. Unternehmen, die nach dem 13.07.2005 die Belieferung von Haushaltskunden aufgenommen haben, müssen die Aufnahme der Lieferung bei der Bundesnetzagentur lt. § 5 EnWG angezeigt haben.

         Der Bieter muss den Nachweis erbringen, dass er in seiner Fachkunde, seiner wirtschaftlichen und technischen Leistungsfähigkeit sowie in seiner Zuverlässigkeit den hohen Anforderungen genügt, die an die Vollversorgung größerer Liegenschaften mit Elektrizität gestellt werden.

         Dies ist durch folgende Unterlagen nachzuweisen:

         - durch aussagefähige Daten zu den in den letzten zwei Jahren erbrachten Leistungen bei der Elektrizitätsversorgung von Endkunden mit Rechnungswert und Leistungszeit.

         - durch Vorlagen der Bilanzen der vergangenen zwei Jahre

         - durch Beschreibung der technischen Ausrüstung und der Maßnahmen zur Qualität des Unternehmens.

      3. Technical and professional ability:
         List and brief description of selection criteria:

         Der Bieter muss nach § 3 Energiewirtschaftsgesetz (EnWG) als Elektrizitätsversorgungsunternehmen zugelassen sein. Unternehmen, die nach dem 13.07.2005 die Belieferung von Haushaltskunden aufgenommen haben, müssen die Aufnahme der Lieferung bei der Bundesnetzagentur lt. § 5 EnWG angezeigt haben.

         Der Bieter muss den Nachweis erbringen, dass er in seiner Fachkunde, seiner wirtschaftlichen und technischen Leistungsfähigkeit sowie in seiner Zuverlässigkeit den hohen Anforderungen genügt, die an die Vollversorgung größerer Liegenschaften mit Elektrizität gestellt werden.

         Dies ist durch folgende Unterlagen nachzuweisen:

         - durch aussagefähige Daten zu den in den letzten zwei Jahren erbrachten Leistungen bei der Elektrizitätsversorgung von Endkunden mit Rechnungswert und Leistungszeit.

         - durch Vorlagen der Bilanzen der vergangenen zwei Jahre

         - durch Beschreibung der technischen Ausrüstung und der Maßnahmen zur Qualität des Unternehmens.
