Da die Nachtragsleistungen die Leistungen des AN direkt betreffen, können diese Leistungen aus technischen Gründen nur vom AN ausgeführt werden.
Die Vergab der Leistungen an einen anderen AN im Rahmen eines neuen Vergabeverfahrens wäre durch den möglichen Verlust von Gewährleistungsansprüchen oder die Entstehung zusätzlicher Gewährleistungsschnittstellen mit erheblichen Schwierigkeiten und nicht unbeträchtlichen Zusatzkosten für den AG verbunden.
