Es ist vorgesehen in dem vollentkernten Bestandsbau mit 12 Obergeschossen sowie einem direkt angegliederten Neubau mit 3 Obergeschossen neu zu errichten. Es wird eine vollständige Büroinfrastruktur sowie ein Rechenzentrum neu errichtet. Es werden eine MS-Schalt- und Trafoanlage mit Einschleifung in 10kV Ringleitung, zwei Trafos 800 kVA eine NEA 610kVA in Containerbauweise, sowie sämtliche Niederspannungsinstallationen und Beleuchtungen für das Gebäude errichtet. Der Ausbau erfolgt in mehreren Teilabschnitten.

1. Da es sich nicht um in sich abgeschlossene Bauteile handelt, würde der Verlust der Gewährleistung der ausführenden Firma eine Folge bei der Vergabe an Dritte sein.

2. Da es sich nicht um in sich abgeschlossene Bauteile handelt, ist bei einer Vergaben an Dritte ein z.Z. nicht abschätzbarer Bauverzug mit erheblichen Kostensteigerung zu erwarten.

3. Bei der Beauftragung Dritter entstehen erhebliche zusätzliche Kosten für Vergabe, Baustelleinrichtung sowie den Betrieb der Baustelle.
