We willen een opdracht uitzetten voor een Woonadviseur die passend wonen (inclusief verhuizen) en bewustwording over de toekomstige woonsituatie van ouderen stimuleert. De meest genoemde reden waarom ouderen zich aanmelden bij de huidige Verhuisadviseur voor senioren is omdat men de wens heeft kleiner en/of gelijkvloers te gaan wonen al dan niet gecombineerd met gezondheids- of mobiliteitsproblemen. De Woonadviseur ondersteunt en helpt ouderen o.a. een weg te vinden in het woningaanbod op WoningNet* en de specifieke regelingen die er zijn. De Woonadviseur doet dit op een toegankelijke en laagdrempelige manier, waarbij elke inwoner één1 Woonadviseur als aanspreekpunt heeft. De kosten van deze dienstverlening worden niet doorberekend aan de ouderen, voor hen is het gratis, ongeacht de eigendomssituatie van de woning, de woninggrootte en het woningtype.

Met deze publicatie worden geïnteresseerden opgeroepen om zich aan te melden via Mercell Source-to-Contract voor de marktverkenning.
