Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Durch die Verschiebung des Bauzeitbeginns von 2018 auf 2023, ergeben sich im Rahmen von aktuellen Beschaffungsvorgängen Mehrkosten bei den notwendigen Lautsprechern. Aus technischen und wirtschaftlichen Gründen ist ein Wechsel des AN aus Gewährleistungsgründen nicht vertretbar.
