Das Deutsche Museum realisiert in der Zukunftsinitiative 19 neue Ausstellungen.

Aus diesem Grund fallen zahlreiche Medienproduktionen an. Leistungsumfang ist die Herstellung von Interviews und zu drehenden Filmaufnahmen (z.B. von Versuchsaufbauten und Dioramen) inkl. Untertitel, Previewbild, Audioproduktion und Gebärdensprache nach Vorgabe und in Abstimmung mit zuständigen Kuratoren und der Abteilung Medientechnik sowie dem Medienplaner. Die Herstellung der Filme beinhaltet im Wesentlichen die Redaktion von Interviewfragen, den Dreh und Schnitt nach Vorgabe des AG, basierend auf zugelieferten Interviewfragen oder Dreh- und

Ortsbeschreibungen durch den AG.

Durch mehrmalige Terminverschiebungen und Verzögerungen müssen die Dreharbeiten zu den Filmen KM2220_01 und _02 gesondert stattfinden und konnten nicht mit anderen Dreharbeiten vor Ort gebündelt werden. Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers konnte aus wirtschaftlichen und technischen Gründen nicht erfolgen und wäre mit erheblichen Schwierigkeiten oder beträchtlichen Zusatzkosten verbunden.
