         Die Universität Stuttgart schreibt die Unterhaltsreinigung einiger Flächen am Campus Vaihingen

         (inkl. dezentraler Standorte) neu aus. Insgesamt umfasst die Ausschreibung 40 Gebäude

         mit einer Objektfläche (Fläche in Unterhaltsreinigung) von circa 156.000 m2. Ein Lageplan

         ist in Anlage 1 zu dieser Leistungsbeschreibung enthalten.

         Durch die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen sollen ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und der

         Werterhalt der Universitätsgebäude unterstützt und die notwendigen Hygienebedingungen

         erreicht werden. Dabei sind die Anforderungen des Verwaltungs-, Lehr- und Forschungsbetriebs

         zu berücksichtigen.
