Umstellung von PE-Rohr auf PP-Rohr in eininigen Teilen des Gebäudes, zusätzliche Fittings, die im Zuge der Planung vergessen wurden und notwendig sind, Typ von Handwaschbecken nach Absprachen geändert

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Mit diesem Nachtrag wurden lediglich bestehende geplante System geändert oder fehlende Komponenten ersetzt. Zusätzliche Leistungen in Form von Erweiterungen wurden nicht vorgenommen. Somit wäre keine Abgrenzung mit einer neuen Ausschreibung möglich, wodurch spätere Wartung und Gewährleistung problematisch wäre. Weiterhin wurden die Fehler erst in der Montage entdeckt und im Sinne einer zügigen Fertigstellung werden die Arbeiten an die bereits vorhandene Firma vergeben. Verzögerungen durch eine weitere Ausschreibung hätten folgend für Schnittstellengewerke, wodurch Kosten durch eine verschleppte Baustelle die Folge wären.
