         The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a multi-party Framework Agreement for minor civil engineering and associated works on public roads, streetscapes, public open spaces and in other public areas based on a suitability assessment and a schedule of rates document. Work contracts will be awarded from 7 work Lots, in each of Tipperary County Council"s 5 Municipal/Borough Districts. Drawdown from the Framework will be by cascade only based on the separate schedules of rates for each of the Borough / Municipal Districts.

         Successful tenderers will be requested to submit an Environmental Policy Statement which will detail how that company intends to address Climate Change and to reduce the company’s carbon footprint.
