Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Eine Änderung des geplanten Bauablaufs wurde notwendig, da sich die betroffenen BÜ-Anlagen als sehr störanfällig zeigten und auszufallen drohten. Daher mussten diese früher außer Betrieb gesetzt und gesichert werden um Störungen des Bahnbetriebs zu vermeiden.
