The procurement concerns the coordination of activities in the Helsehub partnership.

Helsehub is a collaborative model between Asker municipality, Lier municipality, Drammen municipality, Kongsberg municipality, Vestre Viken Hospital Trust, Drammen Health Park and the University of South-Eastern Norway. The overall project goal is for HelseHub to be a catalyst for development projects that promote and create synergies within health-related research and innovation.

The procurement concerns assistance and coordination of activities such as coordination and practical assistance in connection with the work of the appointed working groups, planning and implementation of events, communication and information, participation in preparing the agenda and documentation for management group meetings, participation in developing the strategy for HelseHub, leading the work on business cooperation, and facilitating networks, communication and a communication platform for the project.

Explanation:

Norway Health Tech is a non-profit organisation that manages a health group with around 300 members from public and private companies that want to collaborate on the development of health services and health technology.

Norway Health Tech therefore has in-depth knowledge of interdisciplinary development projects in health technology and manages a large network in the field. It is important for HelseHub to have access to Norway Health Tech"s unique network and expertise to coordinate the project internally and with external stakeholders, and it is only by entering into an agreement with Norway Health Tech that HelseHub gains access to this expertise and network. We therefore consider that the terms in the PPR § 13-4. b) 2 (competition is not possible for technical reasons) are met.
