Die zusätzlichen Leistungen wurden erst im Zuge des Baufortschritts erkennbar. Die Leistungen knüpfen an die bereits erbrachten (ursprünglich beauftragten Leistungen) an und bildet mit diesen inhaltlich eine Einheit. Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers ist daher aus technischen Gründen nicht darstellbar und unwirtschaftlich.
