VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Während der Bauphase wurden die folgenden zusätzliche Leistungen notwendig: Anpassung der gepl. Entwässerung, Dämmung der Attika sowie der Attikaabdeckung sowie Blitzschutzarbeiten. Teilweise geht dies auf Abweichungen der Dokumentation zur Bebauung im Bestand daher. Andererseits wurden wesentlich schlechtere Bedingungen der Bausubstanz festgestellt als ursprünglich geplant. Diese Leistungen konnten im Rahmen der üblichen Sorgfaltspflicht nicht vorhergesehen werden.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
