- Das Nardini Klinikum Landstuhl plant die Erweiterung die klinikweiten Befundsystems in Zweibrücke und Landstuhl. Beide Häuser sind als eine Einrichtung zu sehen, womit Synergieeffekte für einige bestehende allgemeine Positionen, wie z.B. KIS-Teilschnittstellen (ADT, ORM, ORU/MDM, BAR P01, DFT P03), PACS-Schnittstelle und dem Entwurfsmodul entstehen. Diese müssen somit nur einmal im Klinikum vorhanden sein.

- Es werden folgende Fachbereiche betrachtet:

Zweibrücken: Erw. Innere Medizin II - Gastroenterologie Erw. Innere Medizin I - Kardiologie Allgemein-, Viszeral- und Gefäßchirurgie Gelenkchirurgie und Sporttraumatologie

Landstuhl: Erw. Innere Medizin I&II - Kardiologie und Gastroenterologie Allgemein- und Viszeralchirurgie Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie Palliativmedizin

Explanation:

Es handelt sich um die technische Erweiterung eines bestehenden Systems um integrierte Module.

Weite Teile des Nardini Klinikums sind bereits mit dem Befundung-System Clinic WinData der Firma Nexus/E&L ausgestattet. Firma Nexus/E&L ist der einzige Anbieter, für den ein Integrationsmodul in das vorhandene Krankenhaus-Informations-System Medico KIS der Firma CGM auf dem Markt verfügbar ist.

Um alle benötigten Funktionen in einer alternativen Lösung darstellen zu können, wäre eine Neubeschaffung der gesamten Clinic WinData Installation und in letzter Konsequenz des gesamten vorhandenen KIS-Systems notwendig.

Dadurch würden erhebliche zusätzliche Kosten entstehen, die den Auftragswert um ein Vielfaches überschreiten würden.

Durch die dann notwendige Migration wäre der betriebliche Ablauf für lange Zeit erheblich gestört. Alle Prozesse müssten auf die neue Lösung adaptiert und von vielen Mitarbeitern neu erlernt werden.
