Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

In der Sperrpause 2023 sollen ab Anfang Juli die weiteren Maststandorte gegründet und due Maste gestellt werden. Dafür istdie An- und Abfahrt der Gleisramme erforderlich sowie der Einsatz der Gründungskolonne und des Baggers mit SKL-Anhängern.Ursprünglich sollten diese Gründungsarbeiten und das Maste stellen bereits in 2022 erfolgt sein. Dies war aufgrund von parall elenArbeiten Dritter im Baufeld nicht vollständig möglich. Der Bauablauf würde durch einen weiteren AN erheblich gestört werden.Zudem käme es zu Abgrenzungsproblemen (Gewährleistungsprobleme).
