         München soll ein Neubau mit 2 Untergeschossen errichtet werden. Dabei soll ein Bodenaushub inkl.

         Baugrubenherstellung stattfinden. Bezüglich der Baustelleneinrichtung wird die Geländesicherung mittels festen

         Zaunanlagen und Toren hergestellt. Die Baugrubensohlen liegen deutlich oberhalb des Grundwasserniveaus.

         Aus diesem Grund ist für die Baugrubensicherung ein zum Teil vorgeböschter und überwiegend rückverankerter

         temporärer Trägerbohlverbau mit Kanaldielenausfachung vorgesehen. Vor dem Einbringen der Stahlträger

         sowie der Kanaldielen sind Auflockerungsbohrungen abzuteufen. Entlang der Tegernseer Landstraße ist eine

         freistehende Bohrpfahlwand mit Innenaussteifung vorgesehen, da aufgrund der angrenzenden Unterführung

         (Bohrpfahlwand mit Rückverankerung) keine Rückverankerung möglich ist. Die Rampe in die Baugrube soll

         parallel zum ehemaligen Gebäude 13 hergestellt werden.
