         Zum Nachweis der finanziellen und wirtschaftliche Leistungsfähigkeit des Bieters werden folgende Mindestanforderungen gestellt:

         1.) Umsatz im Bereich Kardiologisches-Informationssystem (exkl. Hardware) für die Jahre 2018, 2019 und 2020 von durchschnittlich mind. 8.000.000 EUR in Deutschland.

         Zum Nachweis der technischen und beruflichen Leistungsfähigkeit des Bieters werden folgende Mindestanforderungen gestellt:

         1.) Medizinprodukt der Klasse IIa

         Zum Nachweis ist das Formblatt "Nachweis Leistungsfähigkeit.xls", siehe LV-Unterlagen, zu verwenden.

         2.) Der Bewerber muss für den Zeitraum der letzten drei Jahre mindestens 3 Referenzen mit einer Integration mit dem KIS CGM Medico nachweisen.

         3.) Der Bewerber muss für den Zeitraum der letzten drei Jahre mindestens 3 Referenzen mit einer Integration mit QM 3M QS-Med nachweisen.

         4.) Mindestens eine benannte Schlüsselposition in der Projektbearbeitung muss zertifizierter KZHG-Dienstleister sein.
