   1. Scope of the procurement:
      1. Title:
         

         Neubau Campus Bühl, Mensa, Schülercafé und Klassenräume, Trockenbauarbeiten nach den ALLGEMEIN ANERKANNTEN REGELN DER TECHNIK, sowie VOB/C und den entsprechenden DIN-Normen, Richtlinien und Regelwerken.

         Die Stadt Bühl plant angrenzend an das Kinder- und Familienzentrum an der Luisenstraße einen Neubau für

         den bestehenden Schulcampus mit einer Mensa, einem Schülercafé und Klassenräumen für die benachbarte

         Aloys-Schreiber-Schule und die Carl-Netter-Realschule. Der Neubau ist dreigeschossig und teilunterkellert.

         Im 1. Obergeschoss gibt es eine große Dachterrasse. Das Gebäude wird in Massivbauweise in Stahlbeton

         ausgeführt, die Decke EG bereichsweise und das Dach mit Hohlkörper-Spannbetonelementen. Aufgrund der Gebäudeanordnung im bestehenden Straßenraum, der Nähe zu Leitungstrassen in der Straße und

         den geologischen Verhältnissen wird das Untergeschoss als Weiße Wanne in WU-Beton hergestellt. Die

         Baugrube wird an zwei Seiten des Neubaus (zur Straße) mit einem Verbau ohne Arbeitsraum hergestellt.

         Für die Gründung des Bauwerks ist eine Bodenverbesserung erforderlich. Die Fassade wird als vorgehängte

         Klinkerfassade ausgeführt. Verglasungen in Holz-Alu-Konstruktion im Erdgeschoss und zur Dachterrasse

         als Pfosten-Riegel-Konstruktion in den Obergeschossen als Lochelemente. Das Dach ist flach und erhält

         eine extensive Begrünung. Die angrenzenden Freianlagen werden neu gestaltet und Bäume gepflanzt. Zum

         Nachbaugebäude Kifaz wird im 1. Obergeschoss ein offener Verbindungssteg in Stahlbauweise hergestellt. Das

         Gebäude wird im Passivhausstandard errichtet. Die Bruttogeschossfläche des Neubaus beträgt 1.722 m2, der

         Bruttorauminhalt 7.900 m3.
