Der AG plant den Neubau der Feuer- und Rettungswache in Wolfsburg. Dabei besteht das Bauvorhaben aus einem Hauptgebäude im Doppelhof-Typ mit Fahrzeug- und Werkstatthallen sowie einer Mehrzweckhalle im Erdgeschoss und weiteren Büro- und Nutzungs- bzw. Ruheräumen bis zum dritten Obergeschoss. In einem weiteren Gebäuderiegel sind ebenfalls Fahrzeug- und Werkstatthallen untergebracht und ein Parkdeckaufbau in den zwei darüberliegenden Geschossen vorgesehen.
